I built MT1L to make complex change easier to understand and act on.
When I launched MT1L in 2024, AI wasn’t the focus. But the speed of change and the questions it raised about work, people and culture made me realise it was something I needed to understand. Rather than follow the hype, I spent almost two years researching, experimenting, building and testing what AI could actually do. The VTA Framework© grew from that experience: I needed a practical, repeatable way to make better, more informed decisions about where AI belonged, what to build around it, and how to introduce it into real workflows. VAxAI came from testing where AI and automation could remove real administrative burden without creating new complexity or risks . VibeCodex came from learning to build and design with AI and discovering first-hand both what it makes possible and where human expertise becomes even more important.
