Built from Lived Experience Powered by AI-Inclusion

A neurodivergent, Black female, EDI professional who has also led on social mobility, multimedia and journalism graduate , subject of the book Gervelie’s journey a refugee’s diary etc starting a company in the AI boom Era and EDI backlash’s journey

We are a consultancy founded by a neurodivergent EDI professional who identified the support needs to run a small company and mastered essential skills including digital design, AI and automation to level the playing field for herself and now we package that ecosystem-Support, Strategy, and Systems to help other neurodivergent founders and entrepreneurs do the same and support organisations to adopt an AI-Inclusive approach to their organisational strategy, reducing long‑term costs, upskill your teams, and adopt AI in ways that are safe, strategic, and genuinely inclusive.

Oh and not to brag but we are among the first to define AI-inclusion and design a service around the AI-inclusion gap costing the uk 400billion per year. It’s what happens when you combine, EDI expertise, lived experience and AI.

About the founder

Here explain what this platform is about, it’s the personal account and journey for setting up more than 1 label and then the focus on Label me inclusive as a world first AI-inclusion consultancy practice… Link to the ‘about more than 1 label’ so that people can find out more about the company itself but this section is about YOU and why you have created this page and what you hope people can take away from the journey etc to ground it in lived experience/ remember here to include the 4 phase pillars that links to the ai-inclusion practice too

Sorry to disappoint you but…

This isn’t actually a diary. it is a collection of things that I will share about my journey of setting up more than 1 label’s Label me inclusive service to help others navigating the same journey, my lessons learnt that I hope others will be able to take from this. More than 1 label was born from the relation that people are more than 1 thing, we are as com lex as the systems that we exist in and after years in the EDI profession and not wanting to be boxed in, I decided to venture into the wild Wild West of setting up a company and in less than a year I have done more than I could have imaged and learn alot that it would be information hoarding to keep to myself and so I share with others. Cover what this page will be about, including blogs, videos/podcasts/work I have done/ etc linked to more than1label and label me inclusive.

About morethan1label

About the context in which the company was created

One year with AI

Here talk about the experience of being a neurodivergent person setting up a company in the AI era, particularly given that the opportunity for you creating more than 1 label is to move away from the idea of being boxed into just being an EDI professional because for you EDI is a lenses through which you do things not a role that you feel you have to stay in forever, the trials and tribulations of trying new things, failing at bringing them together and also just how disjointed they seemed and the illusion ai gives that you can do and be anything and everythough that is possible, it doens’t mean that it is actually the best thing especially as others are better placed to develop their skills in those areas and learn to use ai to accelerate their work, leanring new skills etc eccesary to run a lean company and making the mistake of turning that leaning into services until realising that I got it all wrong and actually the opportunity for me was to reimagine my role as someone working in edi (GIVEN EVERYTHIGN I did was created through this framework anyway) for this modern time and creating something unique as a result. the services previously outlined were actually born as a result of things I learnt in this one year period and the support I needed to have in place to be able to work and continue and have momentum etc like the VA support which are things many other neurodivergent founders need and what I saw as an opportunity to show how a VA role can be viewe differently into a strategic partner by making my va exactly that and then loosing focus as this was part of the social mobility so she essentially became my client as well as myself but in the end realising that for me EDI is not a role but a lenses through which all my work is done and that lenses has allowed for me to reimage a new way for the work to happen in a way that aligns with my own interest and journey over the last year and leanring etc.

How the context and the founder’s story shaped experience of setting up a company/consultancy/the services to deliver etc and what was created and develped during that journey

what I have learnt FROM THIS JOURNEY

Key takeaway from this journey

“At the risk and fear of not being seen as inclusive of others I excluded myself’- label me inclusive was a reminder to me that sometimes we so desperately want to be seen as inclusive just for the sake of a label that we ignore that inclusion shouldn’t feel like a destination but a journey that we go through because when all is said and done inclusion should never mean exclusion of yourself and as someone working in EDI this has been a constant battle and friction to do better by others at your own expense when we now have an opportunity to do better by more of us as a result of AI-inclusion.. embeding EDI in organisations has never felt more real and less buzzword and it can be achieved through AI-inclusion so that no one else has to be asked to exclude themselves to make others feel included.
