Our Story

MTIL was founded on a simple truth. People-like systems are complex and cannot be defined by 1 label.

We launched in 2024 specialising in EDI and social mobility, but a bigger challenge became clear: technology was transforming how work happened, yet access to it wasn't equal. Those with the knowledge, skills, and tools to adapt were moving ahead. Others were being left behind.

That realisation reshaped our purpose.

We expanded beyond consultancy, blending EDI strategy with digital innovation-because inclusion and technology need to work hand in hand.

We understand these challenges because we've lived them. As a small business with big ideas, we've faced the same hurdles: limited time, complex systems, and the need to do more with less. So we built the tools we needed to thrive, and now we use that experience to help others do the same.

For us, inclusion isn't a single service-it's our story. It's why we design tools, systems, and strategies that create fairer access, amplify voices, and build a future where no one is left behind.
